- Varimo offers benefits programs for eligible workforces — including wellness modules for food and meal awareness, nutrition, weight tracking, and GLP-1 journey support where clinically appropriate. We handle eligibility, rollout, and renewals alongside Employer of Record and payroll when Varimo employs or pays your team.
- Can benefits cover only Varimo EoR employees?
- Yes. Many clients start with EoR or payroll cohorts, then expand eligibility. Rollout rules are agreed in implementation with your HR team.
- How is employee privacy handled?
- Personal wellness data stays in the employee-facing application under published privacy terms. Employers typically receive anonymised program metrics (enrolment, engagement) — not individual clinical records — unless you design otherwise with legal review.
- Is GLP-1 support medical treatment?
- No. GLP-1-related features are optional tracking and lifestyle support for employees already under a treating physician. Varimo does not prescribe medication.
